Opening Hours

  • OPEN ALL DAY - from 8am to 5pm.
  • Flexible hours (collection or arrival outside of normal hours) are also available by prior arrangement.
  • CLOSED - Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Rates

Arrival day -  full daily rate is charged regardless of time.

Departure days - no charge for collection prior to midday -  after midday the full daily rate applies.
Statutory Holidays - charged full daily rate.

Christmas holiday season premium rates - Please note a ten day minimum board will be charged over the Christmas holiday period.

Christmas - deposits required & confirmed bookings.

Christmas - payment in full required on day of arrival  or prior if payment by internet banking.


Payment

  • We accept personal cheque, cash or pre-paid direct credit (bank transfer.)
  • NO Eftpos or Credit Card facilities available.
  • We appoint East Coast Credit Control to manage overdue accounts.
  • All costs incurred are at customer expense.

Welfare

Any pet that becomes unwell will be taken to the vet for treatment. We will consult with your pet's vet if required, but please note that unless your vet is situated within the local community, treatment will be provided through our local vet. We have a long standing relationship with our vet and highly recommend their services.

Please respect that all vet costs incurred will require payment by the owner. We will not charge for transport should your pet need to visit the vet. A vet invoice will be supplied and no extra costs will be charged.

We ensure pets have a safe, caring and secure environment. However, we do not accept any liability for loss, injury, sickness or death due to natural causes.


Vaccines

A current vaccine card must be presented on arrival in order for your pet to board with us.


Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse to board aggressive pets, or dangerous breeds such as pit bulls or pit bull cross breeds.
