Opening Hours

  • Doggie day care - 7.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Open all day - 8.00 am to 5.00pm
  • Flexible hours - collection or arrival outside normal hours. Prior arrangement only
  • Closed - Christmas Day & New Years' Day

Rates

Arrival day - full daily rate charged regardless of time.

Departure day - no charge prior to midday - after midday full daily rate applies.

Xmas/New Year holiday season - charged day in / day out
Statutory Holidays 

 All statutory weekends charged full daily rate.

Xmas

Christmas holiday season premium rates - Please note a tenday minimum board will be charged over the Christmas holiday period.

Christmas - deposits required & confirmed bookings only.

Christmas - payment in full required two days prior to arrival.

Christmas - No entire pets at this busy time.

Payment

  • Pre-paid direct credit - Cash
  • East Coast Credit Control to manage overdue accounts.
  • All collection costs incurred are at owners' expense.

Welfare

Owners will be notified if their pet becomes unwell . We will arrange a visit to our local vet if required & inform owners of results & treatment.

Please respect that all vet costs incurred will require payment by owner vet invoice will be supplied. NO charge for vet transport service or medication administration during your pets stay.

We ensure pets have a safe, caring and secure environment. However, we do not accept any liability for loss, injury, sickness or death due to natural causes.

Vaccines

A current vaccine card must be shown on arrival in order for your pet to board with us.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right of refusal to board aggressive pets, or breeds such as pit bulls or pit bull cross breeds.
